log.art is built in 2026 for current collecting practice. The interface is shaped by the kind of organization using it (artist, collector, gallery) with cluster-specific terminology, typo-tolerant fuzzy search, keyboard navigation, and modern customization, all accessible from any browser. Data portability is a first principle: imports and exports are free, with no lock-in mechanism. Native support for digital art is included in the base tier, so NFT and traditional works live side by side in the same catalog rather than in separate tools. Every account comes with a public site at {slug}.log.art included from day one, with no domain to register, no technical setup, and no specialist to hire.
